Briscoe’s Leisure Travel, and its agents are acting as an intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency.  We will not be responsible for any actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which results in any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience, or injury to you, your travel companions or group members caused by breach of contract, negligence, intentional or otherwise.

Omissions

You must review your documents immediately upon receipt.  Briscoe's Leisure Travel will not be responsible for any errors or omissions once your travel begins.  By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler (s) voluntarily assume (s) all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected.  Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance against them. 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommend.

Deposits

The initial deposit is non-refundable if trip is cancelled.  There is a $50 return check fee and/or denied credit card fee.  Check the specific travel vendor for any additional cancellation fees.
